Ecosmart 1002 series inorganic zinc and steel coat
Ecosmart 1002 series inorganic zinc and steel coat consists
of inorganic nano-polysiloxane resin and a new type of anti-rust
pigment. It is a ferrous anti-rust paint which is easy to apply
and has excellent adhesiveness and anti-rust characteristics.
It is a good substitution to the conventional organic coat like
lead red and resin coat etc.

the need for a "derusting process".

decolorization.

The
coat will not be damaged by cutting or welding. Welding can
be carried
out on coated surface.

requirement is necessary.
3¡¢Typical Uses : Mainly used on ferrous metal surface for
anti-rust
purposes. Also ideal to be used as a top coat.

£¨1£© Avoid all contact with any organic solvent or oils.
£¨2£© Spray tools should be cleaned with alcohol before use.
£¨3£© Stir product thoroughly before use.
£¨4£© Avoid use under high humidity condition (eg; cloudy or
rainy days are not suitable for coating to be carried out).
£¨5£© Surface to be coated should be thoroughly cleaned and
without dust and oil.
£¨6£© Product is flammable. Avoid any direct heat source.
£¨7£© Avoid any direct contact with eyes or skins.
