Ecosmart inorganic paint for walls are water based inorganic
cement paint which uses silica gel as binder. Silica gel is
a particle with very strong water absorption characteristic.
It absorbs vapour from the air during high humidity and releases
them at high temperature. It is this "Breathing Effect"
that prevents excessive water retention in the reinforcement
concrete (RC) structure thus protecting the structure. It
also effectively self adjust to suit any changes in humidity
and temperature, and is therefore a multi-usage permeable
paint.
Water based inorganic concrete paint used inorganic gel and
refractive inorganic as binder and pigment, which is free
from
any heavy metal, organic solvent and volatilized materials.
Even when subject to high temperature, no sign of smoke and
toxic gas is being released. It is non-toxic and non-volatilized.
Its excellent thermal insulation property increases the thermal
and heat resistant of the coated materials and at the same
time
improves the anti-flammability characteristic of the coated
material.
1. Product Description
Water based inorganic 101 series paint consists of a specially
formulated silica resin as binder and natural mineral powder
as
pigment. It is a pure inorganic material which can penetrate
the
concrete wall and form cross link with the RC structure, hence
protecting the concrete wall from effloresce. The product
is
resistance against fungus, algae, moisture and dew. It contains
zero V.O.C. and it is non-toxic and non-polluting. It is also
odourless during the application process. As it is non flammable
and could withstand temperature up to 800 deg.C., it is hassle
free
and safe during storage and transportation.
2. Typical Uses: Concrete wall structures, calcium silicate
board, cement board and plaster board.

6. Precaution during application:
1、Coating surface must be cleared of oils, dust, water stain
and any other
contaminant materials. For new bear wall, it is best to be
dry or contain less than
12% dampness before coating.
2、Stir the Ecosmart inorganic paint thoroughly before
application. If necessary, add 5%--10% water for thinning
and stir before coating
3、Tools should be cleaned with water before use. Care should
be taken to ensure they are not in contact with any organic
solvent or oil.
